
Although called a white sourdough, this loaf is actually 50% whole wheat. It is 30% hard white whole wheat, 20% whole khorasan wheat, and 50% unbleached all-purpose white flour (the same one we sell here at The Silo).
Loaded with yummy kalamata olives for a GREAT dipping bread!
