
Gnocchi Sardi, aka Malloreddus, are small bite-sized shapes originating in Sardinia (hence the “Sardi” part). They’re perfect for paring with a dense flavor paste like pesto, a hearty ragu or sugo, or just in a little broth. This pasta is vegan-friendly, but not gluten-free. Sold by the pound.
Dried Pastas can be stored for up to 12 months from manufacture.
