The extra large sized box is enough portion to feed a family for a week (disclaimer: depends on the family… and the week). Comes with a mix of organic seasonal fruits + vegetables from our local farmers.
Current typical produce this time of year (does not guarantee any specific item will be included): beets, carrots, radishes, turnips, onions, leeks, lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, kale, celery, chard, spinach, cilantro, parsley, yellow potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples, lemons, oranges. Expect to receive about 7-8 different items in this box.
Some farms are certified organic (CCOF), some are not, but all use organic growing practices. No synthetic fertilizers, no pesticides. Never. This means you can occasionally find a passenger in your produce! What fun!
This item is available only for Sunday deliveries. Order deadline is Friday 8:00am. Unfortunately, this has to be a hard deadline. Orders with this item ordered after Friday at 8:00am will be delivered the *following* Sunday!
