Award winning organic baguette!
Generally about 2 feet long, this French-style baguette (one of the few non-sourdough breads made at the bakery) is made with Khorasan wheat, also known by its brand name KAMUT (registered trademark). Khorasan wheat is another ancient grain, like Spelt, Emmer, and Einkorn. It is loaded with healthy nutrients that modern wheats don't have. Higher in fiber, protein, vitamins & minerals, and lower in gluten content. And the taste? Downright delicious!
