Ordering & Deliveries

New order minimum!  Our new order minimum is only $25!

Delivery fee is also now tiered:

• $10 on orders under $70
• $5 on orders between $70 + $100
• Free on orders over $100

If you have a shipping method error at checkout, please ensure you have met the order minimum of $25. 

Please set the shipping address as your delivery address.  If you have any special delivery instructions (regarding apartment lobbies/gates/etc.), please include them in the order notes.

We deliver to a large part of the SF Bay Area. Here is our general delivery schedule:

• Sunday deliveries
• Sunnyvale to Santa Rosa along highways 101 + 280
• Richmond to Milpitas along highways 580 + 880
• Delivery available 3-4 times per week:
• Sebastopol, Petaluma, Santa Rosa, Novato

Produce is generally only delivered on weekends and must be ordered by Friday (availability is limited and is subject to change).

Partnership with Fillgood

• Pick up your silo orders at Fillgood (Solano Ave, Berkeley)
• Pick up your Fillgood orders at the silo in Sebastopol 
• Have your Fillgood orders delivered to your home with your silo orders (delivery fee applies)

For silo orders being picked up at Fillgood, the minimum order quantity is $25 and there is no delivery fee.  Please enter Fillgood’s address for shipping/delivery during checkout:

For combined silo + Fillgood orders for delivery to your home, the minimum order quantity is $25 (with each). Please place your orders separately.  For your Fillgood order, select 'pick-up' and in the ordering notes indicate that it is a combined order for delivery with The Silo.  At checkout for The Silo, include the note "combined order with Fillgood" and enter your delivery address at checkout. A delivery fee applies.
